Aaron Dedmon, MD
Dr. Aaron Dedmon is a board-certified psychiatrist with a commitment to providing compassionate, comprehensive mental health care for individuals across all walks of life. He founded Riverstone Psychiatry, LLC to offer a thoughtful, personalized approach to outpatient psychiatry — combining evidence-based medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle support to help patients build lasting wellness.
Dr. Dedmon earned his undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology, with additional studies in Chemistry and Neuroscience. Before pursuing his medical degree at Saint George’s University, he worked as a pediatric social worker, conducted research on traumatic brain injuries in military veterans, and volunteered in a mental health clinic serving uninsured individuals. These experiences continue to shape his holistic, patient-centered philosophy.
His clinical interests include outpatient psychiatry with a focus on psychotherapy in conjunction with medications. Dr. Dedmon is dedicated to partnering with his patients to help them navigate life’s challenges, improve resilience, and restore balance.
